Resource economy: The direction of the stone veins was previously analyzed to see if the excavation would be economical, only after the excavation was carried out. Rigor in the technical aspects of maintenance and savings: The whole house can be easily repainted in white, the railings are made of stainless steel to avoid oxidation problems by salts, numerous drains have been planned around the perimeter of the house to be able to evacuate excessive waters in times of torrential rains.
